[Sponsorship] Australian Healthcare Week Industry Report: Exploring the Pandemic Effect and Discussing Priorities in 2022 and Beyond

In 2021 we saw new care models, digital services, infrastructure projects and systems continue rolling out to meet the surmounting care needs of Australian citizens, whilst highlighting the gaps in connectivity and policy across Australia’s primary, aged care and acute care services.

As we transition into 2022 the intent in the health sector is to move beyond point solution implementation and onto sector-wide sustainability.

What spatial features, technologies, solutions and workforce advancements are yielding the greatest benefits to help achieve this though?

To understand and answer this question, we’ve compiled insights from over 100 Australian healthcare professionals to uncover how their investments and priorities have been shaped by the pandemic and to glean insight into the investment priorities transforming healthcare in 2022 and beyond.

How to Build and Maintain Better Client Relationships

How to Build and Maintain Better Client Relationships

Looking to streamline project delivery healthcare providers look to partners, like yourselves, to provide solutions, share expertise, deliver innovations and help overcome challenges.

While healthcare project investment and innovation is at an all-time high; driven by the enlightened and technologically savvy customer as well as by recent exposés into the quality of care being provided, Australia is a small market on the global scale and competition for these lucrative contracts high.

With this in mind we picked the brains of four leaders in the healthcare space to learn more about what they look for when scouting for project partners. Read on to explore insights from NSW Health Infrastructure, Children’s Health Queensland and Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.

How Southern Cross Protection Secured a Partnership with the $1.1b Nepean Hospital Redevelopment Project

Most solution providers start with a single product and through experience they learn about customer need. Adding value to their existing products, they introduce new, but related products to the product line. For a long time it has been believed that bundling products with related services creates a solution. This at best though makes for an interesting pitch.

A true solution provider will however never start with what they can sell, and instead looks at what they can solve. To truly provide a solution you need to look at customer needs holistically, understand market gaps, emerging trends and harness customer insights – especially with the recent uptick in customer expectations driven by the amount of choice available in the modern market. Ideally an effective solution provider will successfully address not just current challenges, but those hitherto unrecognised by their customer base.

Ahead of Australian Healthcare Week 2020 Ben Beville of Southern Cross Protection (SXP) chats to us about how SXP found a solution gap, and how they’re now working to deliver unique healthcare solutions that meet the growing challenge of combatting violence and aggression and improving hospital and health facility security.
