Development – Lessons Learnt in Building Unique Facilities in an Inner-Urban Setting In response to an increasingly deregulated environment, Kogarah, in Sydney’s south, will be the site for Greengate’s $80 million facility that uniquely services both aged care and retirement village residents. Due for completion by late 2017, Greengate adopts an innovative model of care by developing compact high-rises in the inner-urban setting.
