Pue Kim Chong

Director – Infrastructure, Design & Innovation Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Singapore)
Ms.Chong Pue Kim is a currently a Director (Infrastructure 3P, Design Thinking & Innovation) at TTSH/NHG. 
In addition to leading  infrastructure technology assessment and innovations for HealthCity Novena, she also works with multi-disciplinary teams to redesign care using a hybrid lean and design thinking methodology. 
She has more than 15 years’ experience in quality and process improvement efforts in healthcare, civil service and manufacturing industries.
She is also a 6 sigma Black Belt with experience in implementing Innovations, SQC, SIC, ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Joint Commission International Accreditation projects. 
She obtained her MSc (Industrial and System Engineering) from National University of Singapore and BEng (Mechanical) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
